This year my art-related resolution is to draw more by hand rather than relying heavily on brushes. (With the exception of splashes, as I have yet to determine a decent method of painting them.) I decided to start with plants since I used so many plant brushes. For my first time painting kelp I am fairly satisfied! Coloring could use improvements but everyone starts somewhere.
